北京山区学龄儿童机体锌状况及血清锌水平分析 被引量:32

摘要 【目的】 调查北京郊县山区学龄儿童膳食锌摄入量、血清锌水平及锌缺乏检出率 ,为锌缺乏的防治方案提供依据。 【方法】 对北京房山山区 7~ 14岁儿童 10 18名进行膳食调查、饮用水中锌含量检测 ,并随机抽取其中 372名儿童用原子吸收分光光度法检测血清锌含量 ,依现行标准对血清锌水平进行分析 ,计算锌缺乏检出率。 【结果】 受检儿童居住地区饮用水锌含量为 8.87μg/L ;膳食锌摄入量平均为 ( 8.0 5± 4.0 0 )mg/人 .d ,占RDA的 6 5 .2 %,其中以 12~ 14岁年龄组最低占RDA的 5 1.9%;血清锌平均含量为 ( 12 .2 8± 2 .0 6 ) μmol/L ;锌缺乏检出率为 2 6 .3%,以 12~ 14岁组检出率最高为 35 .3%,相当于 7~ 9岁组的 2倍。 【结论】 该人群膳食锌摄入不足 ,锌缺乏检出率为 2 6 .3%,以 12~ 14岁组锌缺乏较严重 ,应引起相关部门重视并予以及时防治。 In order to understand zinc status and the detectable rate of zinc deficiency in rural school-age children in Beijing mountain area. The dietary survey of three days record method was carry out,blood samples were collected by venopunction and serum zinc with Atom Absorb method were determined in 372 children aged 7~14 years;Discribe the degree of serum zinc of these children according to serum zinc standard and analyze the data with SPSS 10.0. The dietary intakes of energy and protein was>85% of the RDA,but dietary intake of zinc was(8.05±4.00)mg/d to be <80% of the RDA.Average contents of serum zinc were(12.28±2.06)μmol/L in the 372 children.The detectable rate of zinc deficiency was 26.3% in which the detectable rate of group of 12~14 years old was highest. [Conclusions] The intake of dietary zinc was lower,the detectable rate of zinc deficiency was 26.3% in the rural school-age children,these demonstrates zinc deficiency was main nutritional problem in the rural school-age children of Beijing mountain area.
