摘要
中性粒细胞 (PMN)活化后 ,通过“呼吸爆发”和脱颗粒作用产生大量炎性介质 ,为造成组织损伤和多器官功能障碍等危重病的首要原因之一。部分中药可有效抑制 PMN活化和炎性介质的释放 。
A large amount of inflammatory medium could be produced through 'respiration burst' and degranule effects after the activation of polymorphonuclear neutrophil (PMN). This is the most important reason, which causes tissue injury and multiorgan function failure. Some Chinese traditional medicine could inhibit the activation of PMN and the release of inflammatory medium and disturb the adhesion of inflammatory medium to vessel endothelial cells.
