摘要
催化添加剂脱硫技术是控制重油催化裂化装置再生器烟气中的排放最为经济而有效的方法。利用X-光衍射和微型反应器评价装置,系统研究酸法制备的镁铝尖晶石及其固溶液(MgAl2O4·xAl2O3·yMgO)组成、结构和脱硫活性之间的关系,并对酸、碱法制备组成相同的样品结构和脱硫性能进行了对比讨论。
De-SO x catalyst additive technology is the most economical and effective approach for reducing SO x emissions from Fluid Catalytic Cracking (FCCU). Here using X-ray diffraction,microreactor system and thermogravimetry analysis (TGA) under simulated FCC operation condition, The composition,De-SO x activity behavior and characterization results of MgAl 2O 4·xAl 2O 3·yMgO(0<x<7,0<y<1.5) spinels prepared by acidic method were studied. De-SO x Property and the same component samples structure prepared by acidic/basic method were also discussed.
