摘要
目的:用高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)测定山楂叶中金丝桃苷的含量。方法:采用C18柱,以四氢呋喃-甲醇-乙腈-0.5%冰醋酸(19.4∶1∶1∶78.6)为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为363nm。结果:金丝桃苷浓度在0.02278~0.94900μg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,相关系数为1.0000,平均回收率为97.47%,RSD为1.4%(n=6)。结论:HPLC法操作简便、准确,可作为山楂叶的定量分析方法。
Objective:To establish the method for determining the content of hyperoside in hawthorn leaves with HPLC.Methods:The Suntek C18 column with Tetrahydrofuran-methanol-acetonitrile-0.5%glacial acetic acid(19.4 ∶1 ∶1 ∶78.6) as the mobile phase was used.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detective wavelength was 363 nm.Results:The linear range of calibration curve was 0.022 78~0.949 00 μg/mL for the hyperoside(r=1.000 0).The average recovery was 97.47%and the RSD was 1.4%(n=6).Conclusion:The method is simple,and accurate with a good reproducibility and can be used as quantitative analysis for this preparation.
