摘要
目的 制订健步强身丸中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法 采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为C18 Phenomenex(5μm,4.6mm×150mm);流动相为水-四氢呋喃-乙腈(90∶3.4∶6.6);检测波长:230nm;流速为0.8mL/min。结果 芍药苷在0.184～0.920μg(r=0.9999,n=5)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为97.73%,RSD为0.64%。结论 该方法简便易行,重复性好,可用于健步强身丸的定量分析。
Objective To establish a HPLC method to determine the contents of peaoniflorin in Janbu Qiangshen Wan. Methods Stationary phase was phenomenes C18 (4.6mm×150mm, 5μm), mobile phase was water-tetrahydrofaran-acetonitrile (90∶3.4∶6.6), detection wavelength 230nm, flow rate 0.8mL/min. Results There was good linearity in range of 0.184~0.920μg (r=0.9999, n=5) for paeoniflorin, the average recovery of paeoniflorin was 97.73%, RSD was 0.64%. Conclusion The method is simple, reliable. It can be used in quality control of Jianbu Qiangshen Wan.
