摘要
本文叙述了添加稀土元素Y改善了离子镀TiN膜与基材的结合力,并且通过电子探针(EPMA)、透射电镜(TEM)和X射线衍射相分析等手段,对稀土元素Y在离子镀TiN(IP-TiN)膜中的行为和存在形态进行了分析,进一步探讨了稀土元素Y改善IP-TiN膜与基材结合力的机制,从而肯定了稀土元素Y提高IP-TiN膜与基材结合力的作用。
The adhesion between the ion plated TiN coating and the base metalis improved by adding Y. By means of SEM, EPMA and X-ray diffraction analy-sis, the behaviour of Y in coating has been studied. The machenism of the effectof Y has been discussed as well.
