摘要
创造型教师的人格特征是创造型教师素质的重要方面,它在教师的创造活动中起着动力作用、导向作用与调节作用。研究创造型教师的人格特征,一方面为创造型教师的成长提供帮助,另一方面也为教师培养学生的创造精神、创造能力提供重要手段。
As an important aspect of the creative teacher's quality, the personality of the creative teacher plays a motivating, guiding and adjusting role in the teacher's creative activities. A probe into the personality of the creative teacher can, on the one hand, help the creative teacher to develop into maturity, on the other hand, provide the teacher with important method to cultivate the students' creative spirit and ability.
