摘要
在传统社会,"教师"身份被塑以"道德家"的形象,经历了一个漫长的道德赋值的历史过程。在现代社会,教师道德身份与教育身份的关系发生反转,教师职业"去道德化"趋势明显,这不仅削弱了教师职业的师道尊严,消解社会对教师身份的"崇高想象",也造成了教师职业伦理困境乃至职业危机。消解这一困境与危机,一方面需要教师在不逾越道德底线的前提下尽可能提高自身的德性修养,努力做到"为人师表";另一方面也需要社会尊重教师道德发展的自由意志,鼓励但不强制教师追求高尚完美的德性,还教师身份的职业化样态。
In traditional society, the identity of "teacher" is modeled as the image of "moralist" and experienced a long historical process of moral assignment. In modern society, the relationship between teachers’ moral and educational identity has reversed and the trend of "demoralization" of teacher’s occupation is obvious, which not only weakens the dignity of teachers’ professional ethics, dispels from the society the "lofty imagination" of teachers’ identity, but also leads to the dilemma of teachers’ professional ethics and even career crisis. To resolve the dilemma and the crisis, on the one hand, teachers are required to improve their moral cultivation as much as possible on the premise of not exceeding the moral bottom line, and strive to be models for others;on the other hand, it also needs the society to respect the free will of teachers’ moral development, encourage but not to force teachers to pursue noble and perfect virtue, and return the professionalism of teachers’ identity.
