大鼠中脑导水管周围灰质一氧化氮合酶阳性神经元的生后发育研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :研究大鼠生后不同年龄段 (1,7,14 ,2 1,2 8d)中脑导水管周围灰质内 NOS阳性神经元的发育。方法 :运用NADPH-d组织化学法。结果 :在生后 1d的中脑导水管灰质的背外侧核出现密集深染的 NOS阳性神经元 ,胞体小 ,有短的突起。随着日龄的增加 ,NOS神经元经历了胞体由小到大、形态日趋成熟、突起日趋丰富、单位面积中神经元的密度逐渐降低的变化过程。神经元胞体的直径和密度在生后 14 d前有显著性变化 ,而在 14 d后变化渐不明显。结论 :中脑导水管周围灰质的 NOS阳性神经元的生后发育主要在 1~ 14 d之间。 Objective:To study the development of NOS positive neurons in the periaqueductal gray (PAG) at different postnatal stages (P1,P7,P14,P21,P28) of rat.Methods:To use the NADPH-d histochemical technique.Results:The NOS positive neurons were detected in the dorsolateral subdivison of PAG(CGLD), a large number of NOS positive neurons were present in CGLD at P1, the cell bodies were small, without processes or with short processes. With growth of rats, the size of soma and processes of NOS positive neurons gradually increased, the density of NOS positive neurons progressively decreased. There were significantly quantitative difference both in the size of soma and density of NOS positive neurons before 14 days, these changes became not obvious 14 days after birth.Conclusion:The main development stage of NOS positive neurons in CGLD is from P1 to P14.
