摘要
采用NADPH-D组织化学方法研究了一氧化氮合酶(NOS)阳性神经元在大鼠下丘脑的分布。结果:NADPH-D阳性神经元在室旁核、视上核、室周核和下丘脑外侧区活性较高,在穹隆周核、乳头复合体和正中隆起外侧带也有阳性细胞。提示:NO可能参与下丘脑激素的调节。
The distribution of NOS positive neurons of the hypothalamus in rats was studied with NADPH-D histochemistry.It was found that NADPH-D positive neurons distributed densely in the paraventricular nucleus(PVN),the supraoptic nucleus(SON),the lateral area of the hypothalamus(HL).A few of positive neurons were found in the paraventricular nucleus,fornical nucleus,mamillary nuclei and lateral band of eminence.The results indicated that NO may participate in the regulation of the hormone of the hypothalamus.
