摘要
利用NADPH-d组化技术,观察大鼠生后1、7、14、21、28天基底前脑内侧隔核(MS)和斜角带(DB)中NOS阳性神经元的发育规律。结果发现,在出生后的前14天,两个核团中的NOS阳性神经元均经历了由少到多、胞体由小到大、突起渐丰富的成熟过程,而在14天以后变化则不明显。文中对这两个核团中NOS阳性神经元的功能意义进行了讨论。
In this paper, the developmental rules of the NOS positive neurons within the medial septum and diagonal band of Broca in the rat basal forebrain were studied on the 1st (P1) day, 7th(P7), 14th(P14),21st(P21) and 28th(P28) day after birth with the NADPH-d histochemical method. The results showed that the NOS positive neurons of this two nuclei had a mature process in the first 14 days after birth, that is,the number of neurons the size of soma and branches of processess of the NOS positive neurons were increased gradually, however, these changes became not obvious 14 days later. The functional effects of the NOS positive neurons within the MS and DB were discussed.
