摘要
应用NADPH-d组织化学方法研究大鼠胼胝体内一氧化氮合酶(NOS)阳性细胞的生后发育。结果发现大鼠出生后1天胼胝体内NOS阳性神经元少见,但在侧脑室背侧见有NOS阳性细胞层;生后7天已见有NOS阳性细胞,但胞体小,其突起呈点线状;生后14天NOS阳性细胞胞体及突起进一步发育,突起呈线状;至21、28天时,胼胝体内所见NOS阳性细胞与成鼠胼胝体内所见阳性细胞无差异。这些NOS阳性细胞散在分布于胼胝体中,有的紧贴于皮质下方并可见有突起伸入皮质;有的位于侧脑室室管膜附近,突起伸入室管膜细胞间,亦见有NOS阳性细胞位于室管膜细胞层中;散在于胼胝体中的细胞其突起有的与胼胝体联合纤维并行,有的向各个方向伸展。
The development of Nitric Oxide Synthase(NOS) positive neurons in the corpus callosum(CC) of rats were studied by using NADPH-d histochemistry. The result showed that only few NOS positive neurons can be seen one day after rats were born, but at the dorsal part of the lateral ventricle intensive stained NOS positive neuronal layers were found. Seven days after their birth the intensive stained NOS positive cell layers dismissed.NOS positive neurons were distributed scatterly in CC with small soma and unconntinued neurites. On the 14th day, the soma and processes of NOS positive neurons were developed with neurites continued. On the 21st and 28th days the distribution of NOS oositive neurons were similar to those in adult. The location of NOS positive neurons in CC was as follows: some of them were adjacent to the cortexwith processes extending into the cortex; some of them were located at the dorsal part of the lateral ventricle extending their processes into the epenndyma or located between the ependymal cells, most of them distributed separately in CC and their neurtes either extended in different directions or paralleled to the commissure fibers.
