摘要
从确定冲压方向的重要性出发 ,详细分析了在汽车大型覆盖件模具设计过程中 ,冲压方向的设计原则及可能存在的问题 .并通过论述CAD技术的重要性 ,引出了在几何CAD系统中进行冲压方向选择的两种方法 :二次开发法和直接处理法 .最后 ,提出了在三维CAD系统中 。
Starting from the importance of determining the stamping direction, the Design Criterion of the stamping direction and the possible problems during the design process of the dies for auto body panels are analyzed in detail. Moreover by discussing the importance of the CAD, two methods for selecting the stamping direction in the CAD systems are introduced, which are the developing method and the directly disposing method. At last, the optimization method and the developing routine for the design of the stamping direction are put forward.
