摘要
以汽车门内板为研究对象,采用CAD/CAE对其拉深成形工艺进行分析与优化,确定产品冲压方向与拉深深度,对有冲压负角的部位进行局部修改,并对毛坯形状、间隙大小、拉深筋设置等问题进行探讨,最终确定优化后的工艺参数和模具结构。
The drawing process of an interior car door panel was analyzed and optimized by using CAD/CAE software, UG and Dynaform. The press direction and drawing depth of the product were determined and the area with press negative angle was modified partly. Several key issues like the shape of blank, the size of die gap and the plan of drawing rib, etc. were discussed. Finally, optimum process parameters and die structure were determined based on CAD/CAE technology.
