摘要
在对武警部队摩托化输送保障能力评估前,确定摩托化输送保障能力评估指标的权重是关键问题之一。通过分析IAHP法缺陷,并采用一种无须进行一致性检验的方法G1法结合群组决策方法对评估指标进行权重计算。结果表明,针对摩托化输送评估指标数量较多的情况,此方法较其他方法而言,具有操作简单、计算量少、可操作性强等特点。
Prior to the assessment of motorized transportation guarantee capability of CAPF, to determine the weight of each index in assessing motorized transportation guarantee capability is of great importance. By analysing the limitation of IAHP, adopting the G1 method--a kind of method needless to test its consistence, and Group Decision Making method to calculate the weight of each index. Result shows that the amount of calculation is reduced signifcantly, compared to the other methods, it is easy to operate especially when the number of index is numerous.
