摘要
介绍了电镀锡机组工艺段中导电辊的功能和结构,计算并分析了导电辊的电流密度,以此为依据来探讨导电辊在设计中可能存在的问题,结合现场实际给出了导电辊设计和维护的注意事项和建议。
In this paper, the function and configuration of conducting rolls in the process section of electrolytic tinning line is introduced, calculates and analyzes current density of the conducting rolls, discusses the possible problems in conducting rolls＇design, and presents precautions and advices in conducting rolls＇design and maintenance based on actual site situations.
