摘要 本文以轿车盖板为研究对象,根据覆盖件成形特点,对该零件的成形工艺补充面、压料面和拉延筋进行分析,设计出了拉延模具型面。并运用有限元技术对其成形过程进行数值模拟,根据模拟结果对拉延型面进行调整、修改,最终得到合理的模具型面用于模具的加工制造,并对同类零件的设计起到一定的指导作用。 Taking the ear tank panel as the research object,the drawing model surface has been designed on the analysis of the addendum, binder surface and the bead of the part according to the principle of automotive pane. Numerical simulation of drawing process of the part has been done by using the FEM. Ultimately the reasonable die surface for the process has been gained which is applied in manufacture of the die through the adjustment and amendment of the drawing surface based the simulation result, hence a guidance to the design of the relative parts.
