摘要
迄今有关同步测定整体动物BALF与外周血中生物学指标正常值的报道很少见。本文着重从细胞学、生物化学、免疫学和立体学等不同角度进行了定量分析。旨在为BALF及PAMs测试系统提供参比标准,为深入探讨环境毒物对肺脏产生生物学效应时外周血的生化反应,提供新的研究途径。
The normal values were simultaneously determined on lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), alkaline and acid phosphatase (ALP & ACP) activities, albumin(ALb) and N-Acetylneuraminic acid (NANA)contents in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) and serum from Sprague-Dawley rats. The ultrastructures of pulmonary alveolar macrophages (PAMs) were observed under scanning and transmission electron microscope (SEM & TEM). The immune capacity of PAMs were studied in vitro, A quantitative analysis of the volume density (Vv) and surface dehsity (Sv) as well as numerical density (Nv)on PAls' ultrastruetures was made, The findings of this study can be used as reference standards and a quantitative basis in the systematic analysis and evaluation of the toxic effects and mechanisms of environmental toxicants on lung.
