摘要
根据立体学原理和方法,对染毒氰戊菊酯大鼠肺泡巨噬细胞超微结构改变进行了定量分析。主要结构参数包括细胞核、细胞浆、线粒体、溶酶体、高尔基体、粗面和滑面内质网以及脂滴的体密度,脂滴、溶酶体、线粒体外膜的面密度和数密度。绝大多数参数呈现明显的剂量依赖关系和时间反应特征。
By using the stereological principles and methods,the ultrastructural changes in pulmonary alveolar macrophages from male Sprague-Dawley rats exposed to fenvalerate were quantitatively analysed.The main structural parameters include the volume density (Vv)of nucleus (Nu),cytoplasm (CP),mitochondria (Mi),lysosome (Ly),Golgi area (Go),rough and smooth surfaced endoplasmic reticula (RER,SER),and lipid droplet (LD); the surface density (Sv)and numerical density (Nv)of lipid droplet,lysosome,and mitochondrial outer membrane.The majorityof parameters revealed the apparent dose-dependent relationships and time-response characteristics.The results of present study at subcellular level provide a number of quantitative bases for the evaluation of the toxic effect of fenvalerate on pulmonary cells and for the elucidation of the mechanisms of lung injury as well as for the formulation of the hygienic criterion of fenvalerate.
