摘要
链式长冲程抽油机主要是为开采中、后期油田而设计的。它以“链传动机构”取代了“曲柄—连杆机构” ,改为牵引链直接牵引 ,降低了配置电动机的功率 ,大大减轻了整机质量。降低了制造成本 ,加大了抽油机的冲程 ,降低了冲次。这样可以降低抽油杆的疲劳损坏 ,延长抽油杆的使用寿命。同时可以降低抽油吸空率 ,提高出油率。
Chain type long stroke pumping unit is mainly used in mid and anaphase oilfield. The conventional crank-link pumping unit is replaced by chain transmission and the driving power and the weight of unit are reduced. In this way, the stroke is prolonged and number of stroke is reduced. Also it reduces suck rod fatigue failure to prolong working life. Meanwhile the evacuation rate is low thus to increase production.
