摘要
游梁与复合轮综合增程式抽油机由常规游梁抽油机的四杆机构和复合轮机构综合而成,其中复合轮机构由复合轮、张紧带、牵引带和导向轮组成。给出了这种抽油机的典型设计方案和两种改进方案,并针对各方案进行了受力分析和冲程计算。分析结果表明,这种增程方法最大可将抽油机冲程增加到常规游梁抽油机的4倍,且可保留常规游梁抽油机的曲柄摆杆换向机构和传动形式简单及换向平稳的优点,在抽油速度不变的情况下,游梁摆动速度低,惯性载荷小。
A compoundwheel walking beam pumping unit with increased stroke is composed of
fourbar linkage and compoundwheel. The compoundwheel mechanism consists of
compoundwheel, tension belt, driving belt and guide pulley. The typical design scheme and two
modified schemes for this unit are presented, and relevant force analysis and stroke calculation
are conducted. Analysis shows that, the stroke of this pumping unit can be increased as big as
4 times of that of conventional pumping units, and the advantages of the conventional unit can
also be remained.
