摘要
对比分析了桔梗皂甙的几种提取制备工艺，通过实验研究优选出桔梗总皂甙的最佳提取制备工艺，即水提醇沉－树脂吸附脱糖脱色法．本制备工艺流程简单，产率高，减少了工作量和溶剂的浪费．适合实验室和工厂大量的制备生产，并可推广到其它含皂甙类中草药的制备生产．
Several manufactual technologies of platycodins have been analyzed by experimental studies. The optimum manufactual technology is water extracting and ethanol precipitation macro resin method. This technology is simple and saves time and money with high productive rate. It adaptes production in laboratory and factory and may extend to other herbs.
