摘要
[目的]对红枣皂甙的提取工艺进行进一步的优化研究,为红枣的深度开发提供依据。[方法]应用单因素分析和正交试验设计对红枣皂甙正丁醇提取法的提取工艺进行研究。[结果]结果表明,料液比对红枣皂甙得率的影响比较大,其次为乙醇浓度,再次是浸提时间,最后是浸提温度;最佳工艺条件为:料液比1∶15,浸提温度60℃,乙醇浓度70%,浸提时间2 h。[结论]试验提取工艺条件下,红枣总皂甙提取含量可达红枣干粉的0.99%。
[ Objective ] The aim of the research was to optimize the technique of saponin extraction. [ Method] Single factor test and orthogonal test was used to optimize the extraction process of total saponins from jujube, [ Result ] The results showed that the factors in order was the solid-liquid ratio of extraction system 〉 ethanol concentration 〉 extraction time 〉 extraction temperature, The optimum conditions was 1 : 15 of the solid-liquid ratio of extraction system, 60 ℃, 70% ethanol to jujube, 2 hours extraction time. [ Conclusion] The extraction rate of the total saponins under the condition of this experiment was 0.99 %.
