摘要
目的 研究D 10 1型大孔吸附树脂富集纯化人参总皂苷的工艺条件及再生使用。方法 以人参总皂苷的得率为考察指标 ,确定D 10 1型大孔吸附树脂富集纯化人参总皂苷的性能、洗脱参数和大孔树脂在不同条件下的再生使用。结果 以体积分数为 5 0 %乙醇为洗脱剂效果最佳。大孔树脂部分死吸附后 ,吸附量还是相对稳定的 ,约为新树脂的 5 0 %。结论 以体积分数为 5 0 %乙醇洗脱大孔吸附树脂吸附的人参总皂苷 ,洗脱率为 90 %以上 ,纯度为 6 0 % ,可以获得最佳效果。且工艺简便、成本低 ,有利于推广。
OBJECTIVE: To study the technological parameters of purification and enrichment process of gingenosides and Rebirth with D-101 macroreticular resin. METHODS: The adsorptive characteristics and elutive parameters of enrichment and purified ratio of ginsenosides and Rebirth were studied by colorimetry with the change of ginsenosides as the marker in adsorption. RESULTS: The ginsenosides were purified with a column of macroreticular resin, the eluted with 50% ethanol was best. The adsorption of ginsenoside was 50% after regeneration. CONCLUSION: With macroreticular resin to adsorb and purify, the elutive ratio of gindenosides was above 90%, and the purity reached 60%. So this process of applying macroreticular resin to adsorb and purify gindenosides is feasible.
