摘要
加热温度对脱硫溶剂MDEA浓度的降低具有显著的影响,温度越高,下降越明显,特别是富胺液,当加热温度从160℃升至230℃时,下降的幅度增大了数倍,因此富胺液再生使用的蒸汽温度不宜超过200℃。
Heating temperature has an obvious influence on the MDEA content in desulphur solvent, the higher heating temperature is, the more content descend. Expecially for rich ammonia solution , the falling breadth of MDEA content increase several times when heating temperature rises from 160℃ to 230℃. So the temperature of steam for rich ammonia solution regeneration must be kept under 200℃.
