摘要
本文描述了一个采用离子交换树脂制备胆红素的方法。此法快速、简便、实用。采用此法从猪胆汁中提取胆红素,产品得率达0.04%(按胆汁量计),产品纯度达93%。此外,本文详细介绍了一种胆红素含量测定的方法。
A rapid, convenient and practical method for the preparation of bilirubin bychromatography on ion-exchange resin is described in this report. Using the method,the yield is about 0.4mg bilirubin rer g of porcine bile with the purity ofbilirubin about 93%. In addition, a method for the quantitative determination ofbilirubin is also presented
