针对汽轮机油中微量水分的净化合成了一种高分子吸附剂,实验研究了高分子吸附剂在水中与在含微量水的油中的吸水性能。研究了去除汽轮机油中微量水分的工艺等。实验结果表明,高分子吸附剂可使汽轮机油中的水分降至0 03%以下。它不但净化效果好,成本低;
In this article the synthesized high polymer adsorbent was used for purifying micro-moisture in steam turbine oil.The adsorbed moisture property of the high polymer adsorbent in water adnd steam turbine oil and the adsorbed moisture operation were investigated,The experimental results showed that the high polymer adsorbent could lower the moistre in oil to 0,03 percent.The technique posseses the advantages of high purifying and low cost.The excellent properties of steam turbine oil can be maintained after purifying moisture in steam turbine oil with the high polymer adsorbent.
