Production Research on Thin Section Exhaust Pipes with High Strength and Toughness Nodular Cast Iron

摘要 针对汽车发动机排气管材质及性能要求,研制了一种薄壁高强韧铸态球墨铸铁排气管,确定了其化学成分和铸造工艺。经3a生产应用考核,铸态下生产QT420 15排气管的合格率达100%,减少了热处理工序;与原工艺相比,按此工艺生产可直接获500元/t的经济效益。 According to the requirements of automobile exhaust pipes on material and its properties, a high strength and toughness nodular cast iron of thin section castings has been developed. The chemical composition and cast process was defined. 3 years application showed that the percent of pass for producing ascast QT42015 exhaust pipes was one hundred percent. The heat treatment process was not necessary and the efficiency was improved. 
