摘要
生产铸态QT400~15铁素体球墨铸铁时,选用Mn≤0.40%、P≤0.06%、S≤0.04%、微量合金总量∑T<0.15%的生铁;采用75SiFe和含Bi、Ca、A1和RE的复合孕育剂;采用小剂量多次强化孕育和铁水过滤技术;用工频炉化铁,用XtMg5—8中间合金球化处理;成品Mn≤0.45%,Si=2.2~2.8%的情况下,基尔试块和铸件的铸态组织,铁素体在80%以上。球化级别,石墨大小在l^2级。电镜扫描断口形貌为石墨十韧窝(加少量准解理)。机械性能数理统计表示达到了DINGGG40球铁标准。V形缺口常,低温冲击值与IS0400—18相同。
Some effective measures in production of QT 400-15 as-cast ferrite ductile iron melted in industrial-frequency furnace, using the pig iron containing Mn^O.40% , P<0.06%,S=0.04% and trace elements ET<0.15% are described, covering, inocu-lation with 75SiFe and compound inoculant containing Bi, Ca , Al, RE , small-dose intensifying inoculation several times, filtration of melted iron and spheroidization trea-tment by using XtMg 5-8 master alloy. The as-cast structure having up to 80% ferrite and graphite size of 1-2 grade has been achieved in keel block and castings produced by above-mentioned method. Statistical data showed that the mechanical pro-perties of the as-cast ferrite ductile iron have reached DIN GGG40 ductile iron stan-dard, impact toughness with V-breach at the room and low temperatures is the some as ISO 400-18.
