摘要
研究了Ni,Cr,Mo,Si,Al和Ce等元素对高镍奥氏体球墨铸铁高温性能的影响,并探讨了其影响机理,结果表明,Ni,Cr,Mo能显著地提高高温力学性能、抗氧化性能和抗热冲击性能,Al,Si,Cr和微量稀土Ce能有效地提高抗氧化性能,Cr和Mo于晶界处形成碳化物,高温时阻碍晶界滑移及裂纹扩展。
The effects of alloying elements Ni,Cr,Mo,Si,Al and Ce on the high temperatureproperties of nickel austenitic ductile iron have been investigated and the mechanism con-cerned discussed.The tensile strength at high temperatures and the thermal shock resistanceof ductile iron with Ni,Cr,and Mo have been found to be increased while the oxidation re-sistance has been found to be improved significantly.The small skeleton carbides with Moand Cr formed in eutectic boundary limit the slip of crystal boundary and the crack exten-sion. The alloying elements Si,Ce and Al in particular,are segregated rich in the scaling.So the oxidation resistance can be increased remarkably with a very small amount of Al,
