摘要
将半红期的黄骅冬枣配以固体保鲜剂,在0~-1℃、相对湿度为60%~70%条件下贮藏,可成功地保存90d以上;通过对不同含水量冬枣的冰点测试,确定了冰点温度与含水量的回归方程,并对其相关性进行了分析;同时对不同保护液对冬枣冰点的影响进行了探索性研究。
The half-red period Huanghua jujube Dongzao with solid antistaling agent added can be preserved for
more than 90 days at 0--1℃ and 60%-70% relative humidity. The regression equation between freezing
point temperature and water content is obtained by observing different water content of jujube dongzao and their corelation is analyzed. The influence of different protecting liquid on jujube dongzao freezing point temperature is studied exploringly.
