摘要
本文研究了盐酸苯肼α—萘胺作为混合还原剂,硒(Ⅳ)催化氯酸钾氧化显色的新指示反应,建立了测定痕量硒的新方法。它的最大吸收波长为536nm,灵敏度ε=2.53×10~6,测定范围为0—0.75μg/25ml并具有选择性强、操作简单、分析结果准确的特点,适用于人体头发,矿样和水样中痕量硒(Ⅳ)的测定。
A new catalytic spectrophotometric method,suitable for determining altratrace Se (Ⅳ)existed in soil, water and other substances, when mixed reductant of phenylhydrazine and α- naphthylamine is oxidized by potassium chlorate using Se (Ⅳ)as catalyst to produce colour indicating reaetion, has been established. Its maximum absorption is at 536 am,molar absorptivity is 2.53x10^61. tool^(-1). cm^(-1)and range of determination is 0-30ng/ml. The advantages of this methed are simple and quick.
