摘要
《中国医院制剂规范》规定以容量法测定复方苯甲酸酊的两种组份（水杨酸、苯甲酸）的总酸量未控制该制剂的质量。本实验应用文献介绍的转换曲线分光光度法的原理和方法同时测定该制剂的两种组份的含量，首先选择合适的测定波长，然后进行对照品溶液及混合组份溶液含量的测定，再对３个批号的样品进行测定，并以规定的容量法对样品进行测定以作比较。实验表明转换曲线分光光度法与容量法两者测定的结果非常接近。
A turnover curve spectrophotometry for the determination of two
components in compound tinctura benzoicacid was established.Results of experiments showed
that the method is reliable.
