摘要
以阿拉伯树胶(AG)为增溶剂,在0.08mol/L硫酸中,硒(Ⅳ)与过量的I^-反应生成I2^-,加入NaAc后,I2^-再与亚甲基蓝(MB)生成1:1的离子缔合物,发生褪色反应,最大褪色波长为665nm,据此建立了褪色光度法测定硒的新方法。硒(Ⅳ)浓度在0~100μg/L范围内服从比尔定律,表观摩尔吸光系数ε为2.68×10^5L·mol^-1·cm^-1,检出限为1.36μg/L。Cu^2+,Zn^2+,Cr^3+,Fe^3+和Pb^2+存在严重干扰,采用巯基棉分离干扰离子并富集硒。该方法分别测定河水中无机硒(Ⅳ)和硒(Ⅵ),结果与原子荧光法一致,相对标准偏差小于5%,硒(Ⅳ)和硒(Ⅵ)回收率分别为100.0%~102.9%,98.1%~99.5%。
A new fading spectrophotometric method for determination of trace selenium was developed. With arabic gum as a solubilizer, Se(Ⅳ) reacts with excess I^- in 0.08 mol/L H2SO4 to produce I3^-. After NaAc is added, I3^- further reacts with methylene blue (MB) to form an ion-association complex (1 : 1), leading to the fading of MB. The maximum fading wavelength locates at 665 nm. Beer's law was obeyed for 0-- 100 μg/L Se(Ⅳ). The apparent molar absorption coefficient (ε) was 2.68 × 10^5 L · mol^-1 · cm^-1 and the detection limit was 1.36 μg/L. Cu^2+ ,Zn^2+ ,Cr^3+ ,Fe^3+ and Pb^2+ interfered seriously. The method was applied for sequential determination of inorganic Se(Ⅳ) and Se(Ⅵ) species in river water after enrichment of selenium and separation of interference ions with thiohydroxy cotton fiber (TCF). The results agreed well with those obtained by atomic fluorescence spectrometry (AFS). The RSDs of five determinations for Se(Ⅳ) and Se(Ⅵ) were less than 5 %. The average recoveries of Se(Ⅳ) and Se(Ⅵ) species were found to be 100.0 %--102.9 % and 98.1%--99.5 %, respectively.
