摘要
研究发现在0.01mol·L-1H3PO4底液中,山梨酸(SA)与苯肼反应生成的酰肼衍生物在电位-0.61V(vs.SCE)处产生一个十分灵敏的二阶导数还原波,波高与SA浓度在0.02~1 4mg·L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限(3S/N)为0.02mg·L-1。试验表明,用单扫示波极谱法测定,操作简便、快速、灵敏,无需通氮除氧,分析速度为40~50个·h-1样。用于实样分析,结果满意。
In a base solution of 0.01mol·L^(-1) H_3PO_4, sorbic acid reacts with phenylhydrazine producing a hydrazide derivative, which gives a sensitive reductive polarographic wave at -0.61V(vs.SCE). Linear relationship holds between the values of 2nd derivative of the peak potential (E_p) and the concentrations of sorbic acid in the range from 0.02~1.4mg·L^(-1). Detection limit (3S/N) of this reaction is 0.02mg·L^(-1). It is easy to operate by using the single scanning oscillo-polarographic method which is sensitive and rapid. The operation of driving oxygen by passing nitrogen is not necessary. About 40~50 samples can be analyzed in an hour. In its application to the determination of sorbic acid in several samples of foodstuff. RSD′s and recoveries obtained were in the ranges of 15%~2.6% and 98%~113% respectively.
