摘要
被称为21世纪新兴的金属制造关键技术之一的半固态铸造,其强劲的发展势头引起了人们的极大关注。本文对近几年半固态铸造技术的基础理论研究、成型工艺、半固态金属浆(坯)料的制备、应用现状等进行了介绍,并讨论了半固态铸造技术的发展趋势。
As one of new perspective metal making key technologies in 21 Century, semisolid casting is been paied great attention for its strongly developing tendency. The paper introduced the technology of semisolid metal process from base theory research, forming process, the fabricating of semisolid metal slurry, and discussed the state of application and developing tendency of the technology.
