摘要
论述了半固态铸造技术的基础理论研究（半固态合金流变行为及其微观组织特征）、半固态铸造合金成形过程的数值模拟、半固态铸造原材料的制备工艺、性能及工业应用现状。介绍了已有的研究工作，并提出了我国在这一领域的发展方向。
This paper summarized the present study status of the semi solid casting technology in the following aspects: basic theory study (the rheological behavior and the microstructural characteristics of semi solid alloys), modeling of the semi solid forming process, raw material production, property and industrial applications. The authers ows research works are introduced, finally some future efforts required in this field of our country are also proposed.
