摘要
对电磁离心铸造新工艺的原理、液态金属的受力特点和运动规律进行了深入分析,建立了该工艺条件下液态金属运动规律的数学模型。
The principle of the electromagnetic centrifugal casting and the motional behavior of liquid metal were thoroughly analysed, as a result, a mathematical model describing the motional behavior of liquid metal under the condition of electromagnetic centrifugal casting process has been established and the criterion of the motional orientation under the interaction between the centrifugal force and electromagnetic force on the different characteristic particles has been obtained.
