摘要
以AZ91-0.5Sr镁合金为研究对象,利用XRD、SEM以及拉伸性能测试研究了微量B对AZ91-0.5Sr镁合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,添加Al-3B中间合金后,AZ91-0.5Sr合金的晶粒有所细化。AZ91-0.5Sr合金是由α-Mg固溶体和离异共晶形成的β-Mg17Al12相组成。添加B后,合金中出现新相Al4Sr。加入w(B)=0.03%后,合金的平均晶粒尺寸由原来的约125μm降低到约80μm。AZ91-0.5Sr合金的抗拉强度和伸长率分别是137N/mm2和1.9%。加入w(B)=0.09%以后,合金的抗拉强度达到151N/mm2,提高了10.2%,力学性能有所改善。
Effects of B on the solidification processing of AZ91-0.5Sr magnesium alloy have been studied by XRD,DSC and tensile testing. The results indicate that the AZ91 alloy was refined after the B addition. The main phases in the AZ91-0.5Sr alloys are α- Mg and β-Mg17Al12 phase. The new phase, A14Sr was found in AZ91-0.5Sr alloy with B addition. After added w(B) = 0.03%, the grain size was reduced from 125 μm to 80 μm. The ultimate tensile strength and elongation of AZ91-0.5Sr alloy were 137 N/mm^2 and 1.9%, respectively. After the addition of w(B) = 0.09%, the ultimate tensile strength reached 151 N/mm^2, which has increased 10.2%. The mechanical properties were improved.
