摘要
探讨了用半固态等温处理法使铸态ZA12合金初生相粒化的可行性。对等温处理的温度和时间、添加微量元素及循环处理与显微组织的关系进行了系统的对比试验。首次通过半固态等温处理使添加有微量元素的ZA12普通铸锭的枝晶组织转变为粒状组织,并对初生相由枝晶向粒状晶转变的机理进行了探讨。
The possibility of producing ZA12 alloy with globular primary structure has been studied using isothermally treating the conventional cast ingots at semi-solid conditions. The relationship of the microstructure with the isothermal temperature, isothermal time, trace elements added and cyclic treatment was also tested systematically. Authors first have obtained ZA12 alloy with ideal globular structure by isothermally treating the conventional cast ingots with trace elements added. The mechanism of transformation of primary phase from dendritic to globular structure during semisolid isothermal treatment process was also discussed.
