C-erbB-2和EGFR在大肠癌中过表达及意义 被引量:5

EXPRESSION OF C-erbB-2 AND EGFR IN COLORECTAL CARCINOMA AND THEIR SIGN IFICANCES

摘要 目的 :研究癌基因和表皮生长因子在大肠癌中的表达与临床病理特征及预后的关系。方法 :应用免疫组化 S-P法检测 57例大肠癌组织中 C-erb B-2和 EGFR的表达水平 ,应用计算机图象分析系统对 C-erb B-2、EGFR的阳性细胞数密度进行检测、分析。结果 :Cerb B-2、EGFR在大肠癌中的阳性率分别为 59.6%和 56.1%。 C-erb B-2和 EGFR与瘤体的大小无明显相关性 ,与肿瘤的生长方式、是否有淋巴结转移以及预后有显著相关性 (P<0 .0 5)。结论 :Cerb B-2和 EGFR均有助于评估大肠癌预后 ,C-erb B-2。 Objective:To study the correlation of oncogene and Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor(EGFR) expression in colorectal carcinoma and t heir significances to clinicopathological character and prognosis of this cancer .Methods:We studied the expression level of C-erbB-2 and EGFR i n 57 cases of colorectal carcinoma by S-P method and then examined and analysed the density of C-erbB-2 and EGFR positive cell with computer image analysis system.Results:The respectively positive rate of C-erbB-2 and EGFR(59 % and 51.6 %)was gained.There was no significant relationship between C-erbB -2 and EGFR and the tumor size.But there exit the significant relationship be tween them and the growth mode,and the same to lymph node transformation.Conclusion:C-erbB-2 and EGFR can provide information for evalu ateing colorectal carcinoma prognosis.Patients would have poor prognosis if both C-erbB-2 and EGFR expressed highly.
