摘要
目的 探讨恶性血液病患者T淋巴细胞核仁组成区相关蛋白 (Ag -NORs)表达特点及临床价值。方法 :利用KL型肿瘤免疫图象分析系统及其配套细胞培养银染试剂和方法 ,对 12 5例正常及恶性血液病患者外周血T淋巴细胞进行染色分析。结果 :恶性血液病患者rDNA转录活性明显低于正常对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,分组观察慢性粒细胞白血病 (CML) ,急性非淋巴细胞白血病 (ANLL) ,非何杰金氏淋巴瘤 (NHL)及急性淋巴细胞白血病 (ALL)组明显低于正常对照组 (P <0 0 1)和 (P <0 0 5 )。多发性骨髓瘤 (MM)、再生障碍性贫血 (AA)组与正常对照组比较 ,无明显差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,未完全缓解组与正常对照组比较有显著差异 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :恶性血液病患者普遍存在T细胞免疫功能降低 ,T淋巴细胞Ag -NORs检测指标可以灵敏地反映各类恶性血液病患者病情进展程度和机体免疫状况的相互关系 。
Objective To investigate the expressing characteristics and clinical value of Ag-NORs in patients with malignant blood diseases.Method To engage in analysis of 125 cases of patients with malignant blood and other diseases by peripheral lymphocyte Ag-NORs using the KL model image analysis system in silver stain reagents and methods of culturing the cell.Results rDNA transcription of ribosomal of malignant blood disease patients were obviously lower than the normal contrast groups(P<0 01).Conclusions Patients with malignant blood diseases commonly have lower functioning immunity levels of T lymphocyte.The index of Ag-NORs can accurately reflect the correlation between the progression of disease and the state of immunity.
