摘要
为了探讨SOD保养液延期保存过程中红细胞超微结构的动态变化 ,应用透射电镜对SOD保养液 4℃保存全血于保存第 0 ,42 ,75及 85天动态观察红细胞的形态学变化。以GMA液同期保存的标本作为对照 ,应用SAS软件对数据进行具有重复测量的三因素设计方差分析。结果表明 ,保存第 42 ,75及 85天 3个时间点下 ,SOD保养液组红细胞形变率均低于GMA组 (P <0 .0 1)。SOD保养液组 42 ,75和 85天的红细胞形变率与GMA液保存 42天的红细胞形变率无显著性差别 ,甚至更低。结论 :SOD保养液在
To study the dynamic changes of ultrastructure of ery throcytes in prolonged preservation of blood with preservative fluid containing superoxide dismutase (SOD), the whole blood samples were preserved at 4℃ in SOD -containig solution, the morphologic changes of erythrocyte were dynamically ob served by transmission microscopy after pr eservation for 42, 75 and 85 days, an d the blood samples preserved in GMA solution served as control. Three variance was applied to analyze the data with SAS software. The results showe d that the metmorphotic rates of erythrocyte preserved in SOD-containig soluti on for 42, 75 and 85 days were lower than those of erythrocytes preserved in GMA solution. Most of metamorphotic rates of erythrocyte preserved in SOD-containi g solution for 42, 75 and 85 days were correspond to those of erythrocytes prse rved in GMA solution for 42 days, or even lower. It is concluded that SOD-conta inig preservative fluid might help to maintain the normal morphology of erythroc ytes in prolonged preservation at 4℃.
