摘要
运用免疫检测技术测定了光敏核不育水稻(PGMR)农垦58S 育性转换过程中内源吲哚乙酸(IAA)、赤霉素(GA_(1+4))与脱落酸(ABA)含量的变化.试验结果表明,在育性转换敏感期(二次枝梗原基分化到花粉母细胞形成),长日(LD)处理的倒二叶和幼穗中 IAA 含量都比短日(SD)处理的低.而 IAA 氧化酶活性则相反,LD 的都比 SD 的高.从另一种 PGMR(双8-14S)也获得了相似的测定结果.此外,LD 的58S 倒二叶中,GA_(1+4)/ABA 值也低于 SD 的,并与该叶的 IAA 氧化酶活性成反相关.作者认为,LD 诱导 PGMR 雄性不育与内源 IAA 亏缺有关,而 IAA 亏缺可能起因于 IAA 氧化酶的激活与功能叶中 GA_(1+4)/ABA 的下降.
Endogenous indole-3-acetic acid(IAA),gibberellin 1 and 4(GA_(1+4))and abscisic acid(ABA)have been studied during the fertile transformation of photoperiod sensitive genic male-sterile rice(PGMR)Nongken 58S.IAA content in penultimate lamina and panicle with long day treatment(LD,14h)was lower than that with short day treatment(SD,10h)during fertile transformation sensitive stage.The activity of IAA oxidase in LD was higher than that in SD.Similar results were obtained in double8-14S,another variety of PGMR,It was also found that GA(1+4)/ABA ratio in penultimate lamina of 58S(LD)was lower than that in 58S(SD)and had inverse relation to the activity of IAA oxidase.It is consid-ered that the fertile of PGMR may relate to its IAA deficiency which is caused by the activation of IAAoxidase and the decrease of GA_(1+4)/ABA ratio in its lamina.
