摘要
盆栽农垦58S及农垦58原种.幼苗6叶期经不同光照长度和光质处理。结果表明,在幼穗发育的第Ⅳ期到第Ⅴ期,农垦58S叶片中叶绿体Ca^(2+)-ATP酶在长日处理和红光间断暗期处理下活性下降,在短日处理和红光/远红光间断暗期处理下活性升高。该酶的活性变化可能与农垦58S的育性转换有关。
The activity of chloroplast Ca^(2+)-ATPase in leaves of Nongken 58S and Nongken 58 was studied in the present report. The results indicated that from the forth to the fifth stage of the young developmeng. the chloroplast Ca^(2+)-ATPase activity in leaves panicle of Nongsen 58S decreased after longdoy treatment and red light break in dark period, but increased following freatment of short day and red/far red light flash in dark period. It was speculated thet this change in the Ca^(2+)-ATPase activity was probabity selated to the fertility transformation in Nongsen 58S.
