湖北光敏核不育水稻幼穗发育中1AA的变化 被引量:35

THE CONTENT CHANGE OF IAA OF HPGMR DURING ITS PANICLE DEVELOPMENT

摘要 利用IAA酶联免疫检测技术,测定了农垦58S及农垦58幼穗发育中长(LD)、短(SD)日照下IAA含量。结果表明:农垦58S在LD下叶片中F-IAA在花粉母细胞形成期、减数分裂期和花粉内容物充实期大量积累,而同期幼穗及花药中F-IAA严重亏缺,农垦58S SD、农垦58 SD及农垦58 LD均不表现此现象。据此认为这种现象是导致农垦58S LD败育的重要生理原因。C-IAA的测定表明:农垦58S及农垦58长短日下也不表现上述积累与亏缺现象,且农垦58S LD下的C-IAA变化与F-IAA的积累与亏缺无关。 Using IAA-ELISA, We assayed the content of free IAA (F-IAA) and conjugatedIAA (C-IAA)in the leaves and panicles of HPGMR and Nongken 58(as a control)during their panicle development under 10 hours sunshine a day and 14 hours sunshinea day. The result shows that F-IAA of HPGMR accumulates greatly in its leaf and isdestructed in its panicle from formation stage of pollen mother cell to filling stage ofpollen under 14 hours sunshine a day, but F-IAA of HPGMR under 10 hours sunshine aday and F-IAA of Nongken 58 under 14 hours or 10 hours sunshine a day is not. itwas proposed that the accumulation of F-IAA in leaf and destruction of F-IAA in pani-cle is an important physiologic cause of pollen steriling of HPGMR under 14 hours sun-shine a day. The conetnt change of C-IAA has nothing to do with the accumulation ofF-IAA in leaf and destrcution of F-IAA in panicle of HPGMR under 14 hours sunshinea day. The phenomenon of C-IAA accumulation in leaves and destruction in panicles ofHPGMR and Nongken 58 has not been observed under 14 hours or 10 hours sunshine aday.
