摘要
用农垦58S等材料,观察了不同部位颖花的花粉育性,发现穗基部颖花的花粉育性变化大,不宜作为育性鉴定的材料;农垦58S在武昌自然日照条件下,育性的转换抽穗期在9月5日,但育性的转换不是绝对的:在不育抽穗期有少量可育株,在可育抽穗期有少量不育株。育性的恢复也是不彻底的,它可能与雌蕊也受到雄性不育基因的影响有关。
The pollen fertility of spikelets which in the different site of the panicle ofNongken 58S and other rice were examined. We found that the pollen fertility of basalspikelets in the panicle has changed in a wide range. So this kind of pollen is not suit-able for invesigation of pollen fertility. Under the natural day in Wuchang the criticalperiod of the fertility transformation is on 5 September. The fertility, however is notcomplete. In other words, there are a few fertility plants in the sterility period, and afew sterility plants in the fertility period. The fertility resumption is not thorough. Itis possible that the male-sterile genes effect on the pistil in Nongken 58S.
