摘要
目的 观察蜂胶的降血脂作用。方法 将高脂造模成功的SD大鼠随机设 3个剂量组和 1个对照组 ,低、中、高剂量分别为 0 1、0 2、0 6g/kgBW蜂胶 ,相当于人体推荐摄入量的 5倍、10倍和 30倍。四周后取尾血 ,测定血脂各项指标。结果 与高脂对照组相比 ,蜂胶高剂量组能明显降低高脂血症大鼠血清TC、TG含量 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,并能明显增高血清HDL -C含量 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。
Objective To observe the reducing blood lipids effect of proplis in tats.Methods Modeled high blood lipids SD rats were divided into 4 groups.Given orally proplis 0 1?0 2?0 6g/kgBw/d(5?10 and 30 times as the suggested dosage for people) to above 3 groups respectively for 4 weeks.And the other group served as control group (rats were not given proplis).After 4 weeks treatment,the blood lipids of all rats were detected.Results Compared with control group,serum TC?TG in high dose group were significantly reduced (P<0 05) and serum HDL-C in high dose group was significantly increased (P<0 05).Conclusions Proplis possesses reducing blood lipids effects in rats.
