摘要 蜂胶是蜂产品中一类非常重要的的天然的活性物质,作为中草药在多方面应用已有几千年的历史,随着国内外学者对蜂胶研究的深入,蜂胶抗动脉粥样硬化的机制也不断被发现。从提取的蜂胶混合物到单一成分的研究,除传统的降脂作用外,还有保护血管内皮、稳定粥样斑块、调节巨噬细胞和信号转导系统等功效,文章从细胞分子水平综述蜂胶抗动脉粥样硬化的作用机制。 Propolis is a very important natural active compound in bee-products, which has been used as a Chinese herb medicine for thousand years. With the further study of it by internal and abroad scholars, Accumulated discovery is being achieved about its antiatherosclerotic mechanism. Studies from propolis mixture to single component showed that it has efficacy in protecting vascular endothelium, stabilizing atheromatous plaque, regulating macrophage and signal transduction besides the traditional effect of lipid-lowering. This article reviews the antiatherosclerotic mechanism of propolis in molecular level.
