摘要
本文研究了铜(Ⅱ)与新显色剂间溴偶氮羧—m的显色反应,在5~20℃试剂与铜形成β型配合物,最大吸收波长为710nm,ε_(710)=1.11×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),显色酸度为pH2.80~3.20,铜含量在0~16μg/25mL服从比耳定律,颜色稳定,操作简便,测定铝合金中铜的结果令人满意。
Metabromocarboxyazo—m, a new spectrophotometric reagent has been investigated for the determination of Cu(Ⅱ), Its colour reaction develops readily at roomtemperature 5~20℃. The coloured complex exhibits maximum absorption at 710nm. Its apparent molar absorptivity has been found to be 1.11×10~5L·mol^(-1).cm^(-1). Beer's law is followed in the range of 0~16 μg/25mL for Cu (Ⅱ). The method has the advantages of stability and simpticity.
